Simply looking to lose weight or get shredded. Although you might lose weight while working with me, my program isn’t about the scale or aesthetics.
Looking for “hacks” or quick-fix solutions. Those don’t create lasting change, and they’re not what I’m about.
Not interested in doing the work. I want the best for my clients, but you have to want it more. If you’re not ready to invest in your current and future self yet, that’s okay. I’ll be here when you are.
